Buying & Delivery
How much do the apps cost?
Each app is $4.99. The Neuro-Life bundle gets you all 6 apps for $14.99, a $15 savings vs. buying all 6 separately ($29.94). Neuro-Binder is free.
How do I pay?
Checkout is by Stripe. Tap the "Get it" button on any app.
How do I get my app after I pay?
Right after Stripe checkout, an email shows up with your guide PDF and your app link. Usually within a few minutes.
What if the email doesn't show up?
Check spam and promotions first. Still nothing? Email me at help@neuroglitchprojects.com and I'll send it.
Does my app link expire?
No. Your link doesn't expire.
Are these monthly fees?
No. One-time purchase. No subscriptions sneaking up on you.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds, because these are web apps and there's no way to return them once you have them. But if something isn't working, email me and I'll gladly fix it.
Using the Apps
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. These are web apps. Open the link in your browser and tap “Add to Home Screen.” Works on phone, tablet, or computer.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is by Stripe. No sign-up here.
Can I use my app on more than one device?
Yes, on as many devices as you want. Sign in and use the same family code to keep them in sync.
Do the apps work offline?
You need internet to open your app. Your info is saved on your phone, so it's all still there every time you come back.
Do the apps get updates?
Yes. If I update an app (rare), you get it for free. Your link always opens the newest version.
Does it come with instructions?
Yes. You get a guide PDF by email along with your app link.
I'm not autistic or ADHD. Can I still use these?
Yes. They're built for neurodivergent brains, but they work for anyone who forgets stuff. So, everyone.
Privacy
Are my apps private?
Yes. Every app keeps your info on your own device, and nothing gets sent to me. If you turn on a family code to sync with another phone, you sign in first and your shared info stays private, not public.
Where is my data stored?
Right on your own device. Neuro-Glitch doesn't keep any of your data. The only time anything is saved online is if you use a family code to sync two phones, so the other phone can see it.
Does Neuro-House upload my codes and info?
No. Your codes and info stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on a family code to sync with another phone.
Neuro-Binder
Is Neuro-Binder really free?
Yes, free. Responders scan a QR code, no account needed. Editing the card needs a parent sign-in. It does not call 911.
How do responders see the card?
They scan a QR code. No account needed.
Discounts & Custom Apps
How does the joke discount work?
Send a joke through the joke form. You get 25% off one product. If it makes me laugh, you get 50% off. I reply by email with the discount. This does not apply to bundles.
Can you build a different app?
Yes. Use the custom app form. I reply by email with an estimate.
What if I can't afford an app?
If you are really struggling and one of my apps could help, just let me know and we will work together to figure something out.
